Delivery

Lead time: Upholstery 4–6 weeks, chairs and storage 3 weeks, lighting 5 days.
Where: India and Denmark direct; 14 countries door-to-door with duties included.
On the day: A two-hour window the day before, a call 30 minutes out, placement in the room of your choice.

Sixty days from delivery, assembled or not. We collect, you keep the swatches. Refund within five working days of collection.

Can I order a spare part?

Yes — 2,400 parts in stock. Send the label number from under the frame and we ship flat within two working days.

Is the cover washable?

Zip-off covers wash at 30° and dry flat. Replacement covers are sold at cost plus shipping.

Will it fit through my door?

Every product page states the narrowest clear opening. If it does not fit, we collect free.

Do you do trade and contract?

Yes — see Partners. Twenty per cent off list, one invoice, phased delivery.

What is the warranty?

Five years on frame, joints and legs; two years on covers and foam.

Do you take old furniture back?

Any piece we made, at cost of transport. We re-cover it or break it down.
